My group session is every Sunday at The Holiday Inn Wrotham 10am -11am

FREE for members. £5 for non members.

No need to book, but do arrive five or ten minutes early if you can .

(Classes are run by the Holiday Inn - you can make payment at reception)

All levels welcome. Please bring your own mat if you have one!
